Cherokee County is seeking a developer for a planned 77-acre business park.
The county, which owns the site along the Fate Connector, has put the site up for sale to the highest acceptable bidder. Proposals are due by Dec. 18.
The county sees the property as a potential business park.
Cherokee County has seen a surge in new development, particularly in the healthcare sector. For example, Northside Hospital Cherokee opened in May.
