    Hi guys!

This was the first time I’ve listened to your podcast. Chris Hardwick is a family friend (who I’ve never met) and I wanted to learn more about him and his business.

I thought Chris was a great guest and I could easily have listened to more of his wisdom regarding entrepreneurship. He seems like the kind of leader that would be great to work for.

I also liked his opinion on performance bonuses. They seem to create a conflict about doing what’s best for the client and the organization versus doing what’s best for one’s self (in the short term).
