Kate Volman is the CEO of Floyd Consulting. She and her team help people and organizations become the best version of themselves through world-class coaching and training experiences. Their flagship program, The Dream Manager is based on Matthew Kelly's best-selling book.

All of Kate's work over the past two decades has been centered around helping people grow. Her career started at the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce where she served as Vice President of Business Development. She was the Marketing Director for the City of West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency. And she ran a marketing consulting company. She is the co-creator of Delray Morning Life, a live-streaming show dedicated to showcasing businesses and happenings in Delray Beach.

Kate believes life is richer and more fulfilling when we are exploring our Creative Pursuits. She is the Founder and host of Create for No Reason, a podcast inspiring people to embrace their creativity and do more of what they love.
