Anthony Scavo / President of Basis
Anthony Scavo joined
Basis in August 2021, he has over 28 years of real estate development &
construction experience and now serves as the COO of the firm. Anthony started
his career at the LeFrak Organization based in NYC where he spent 25+ years. At
LeFrak he worked on and/or oversaw all Construction & Development
activities in the NYC metro area where he developed and built over 3000+ rental
apartment units, 1000+ hotel rooms, 500+ condo units, 5,000,000+ square feet of
office space and numerous single story big box, retail and mixed-use buildings
for the LeFrak family and companies. Anthony then moved to Red Apple Group
where he spent 2 years, where he oversaw the Preconstruction of the tallest mixed-use
building on the West Coast of Florida in the Tampa/St. Pete area. He also
served as head of facilities and technical services for all the multiple
business units under the Red Apple Group umbrella.
