#273 - Find Your Passion & Make An Impact with Sam Nimah

After several years as an executive at two Fortune 100 companies, Sam Nimah, MBA, CPA became the CEO and owner of TriVent Healthcare in March 2014. While healthcare has always been one of Nimah's passions, he also fell in love with the positive clinical impact the company has on its patients. An advocate for revolutionizing patient care and improving healthcare, Nimah leads the TriVent Healthcare team to provide exceptional patient experiences while delivering remarkable outcomes not seen anywhere else. Setting a precedent for the healthcare industry, TriVent Healthcare's liberation rate exceeds 85%, surpassing the national average by nearly 40%. In addition, the readmission rate within 30 days of discharge from a TriVent Healthcare special care unit is below 6%, which is 80% lower than the national average.

Currently, Nimah serves as the elected chair of the Healthcare Business Network for the Young Presidents' Organization and is on the Board of Advisors for The Center for Supply Chain Management at The University of Florida. Nimah earned his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Florida and his Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
