#292 - Don’t Be Afraid to Fail with Dr. Brett Osborn

Dr. Brett Osborn was born and raised in North Miami, FL. His father is a practicing chiropractor and inspired him to pursue a career in medicine. Midway through his neurosurgical residency at NYU, he realized that most diseases that physicians were treating were, to a great degree, preventable. This is the primary underpinning of his book, Get Serious, and the main focus of his Longevity practice.

Dr. Osborn is the Chief of Neurosurgery at St. Mary's Medical Center, a level I trauma center in West Palm Beach, FL. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS), he has also been secondarily boarded by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and obtained the CSCS honorarium from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
