Bob Lafferty, Co-Founder, CEO and President at HYTECH 24/7 and MYHVACSecurity.com, is the fourth generation in an HVAC family. Bob brings his leadership skills and drive to get things done to a variety of organizations, including the Orange Bowl Committee, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Family Businesses of America, and Sons of Bosses. When he flips from work to play mode, he can be found playing golf, ping pong, wake-surfing with family, or enjoying a concert or game involving one of South Florida's professional sports teams. Bob is a 2012 graduate of Broward College where he earned a B.A. in business management and administration
