American Airlines wants its 120,000-plus employees to always display good etiquette — especially when it comes to the social media world, where so much damage can be done so quickly to brands working hard to remain respectable.

To help ensure American’s employees have the best guidelines when dealing in the social media realm, the company this week issued a memo on how to “engage” (such a lovely word, no?) on social media as team members at American, the world’s largest airline.
