A Harris County grand jury has indicted Arkema North America, part of France-based Arkema SA, which owns a plant in Crosby where chemicals exploded in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. 

The indictment also names Arkema North America CEO Richard Rowe as well as Leslie Comardelle, Arkema’s Crosby plant manager, according to an Aug. 3 press release from Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg.
