Toys ‘R’ Us is too big to fail.

That’s the determination of Isaac Larian, CEO of MGA Entertainment Inc., the toy brand behind Bratz dolls and Little Tykes.

The billionaire aims to rescue more than half of the bankrupt toy store’s 735 U.S. locations. Larian and other unnamed investors have committed $200 million to the unsolicited bid and plan to raise a total of $1 billion via a GoFundMe campaign.

The Associated Press first reported the news.
