David V. Lorenzo is an author and business strategy consultant. His latest book The 60 Second Sale: The Ultimate System for Building Lifelong Client Relationships in the Blink of an Eye recently won the gold medal as the top sales book for 2019 at the Axiom North American Book Awards.

Dave lead the start-up of a corporate housing company and built it into a $50 million New York City powerhouse in three years. He also started Gallup’s consulting business in New York and grew it to $250 million in annual revenue in 6 years. He holds an MBA from Pace University and a Master of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University.
