Pat enjoys the variety that comes with continuously improving all aspects of his business, allocating his time evenly between managing the office, design, field, and contemplating future growth and strategy.

When he is not strategically popping in to each of his departments, Pat enjoys beach vacations, boating with his family at Indian Lake, riding quads in the state forest, and studying professional development.
