Before starting ReturnLogic, Peter served 10 years in the U.S. Navy as a Supply Corps Officer providing logistics and operational support to forward deployed forces. Jack Oyler’s career with the Faulkner Organization began in 1998 when a meeting with Hank Faulkner (the third generation leader of the Faulkner organization) turned into a summer job writing service at the Pontiac, GMC, Isuzu, Suzuki store in Harrisburg. Hank believed that general manager’s should spend time in all departments to truly understand the business. Three summers later, with additional stints in the body shop and accounting office, Hank asked Jack to start selling cars at Mazda in Philadelphia. After a successful year in sales at Mazda, Jack was promoted to F&I manager at the Pontiac, Buick, GMC store in Trevose. This promotion, into one of the highest performing F&I departments at the time, was the catalyst for Jack’s career in management with the organization. (more…)
