John Sancenito / INA

John J. Sancenito is the President of Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA); an international investigative and corporate consulting firm headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. INA offers a variety of services for the corporate and government sectors including security consulting, intelligence collection and analysis, risk mitigation, investigations, digital forensics and executive protection.

Mr. Sancenito’s professional experience includes more than 14 years as a sworn Law Enforcement Officer and 18 years as a private investigator / security consultant. He is a former County Detective with the Cumberland County Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Office, Criminal Investigation Division. He is the former Chairman of the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority Advisory Committee and a former member of the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority Advisory Committee. He is a board certified through ASIS International as a Certified Protection Professional and currently serves as Chairperson for the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of that organization.

Mr. Sancenito helped lead INA to be named among the 50 Fastest Companies in Central Pennsylvania two consecutive years. In 2007 he was recognized by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal as one of the Top 40 Under 40. In 2010 he was honored recognized as Security Professional of the Year by Central Pennsylvania Chapter of ASIS International.

Mr. Sancenito is an internationally recognized speaker who lectures on topics including domestic terrorism, animal rights extremism, insider threat prevention, and workplace violence. He has considerable expertise on domestic terrorism groups and tactics and is considered one of the foremost experts on animal rights and environmental extremism. Mr. Sancenito is a respected author and news media consultant on security matters.


Barry Ryan / INA

Barry W. Ryan is the founder and CEO of Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA), a premier investigative and corporate consulting firm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. INA provides investigative support, forensic accounting services, digital forensic services, risk management and business intelligence systems to both the private and public sectors. INA is nationally recognized for its innovative leadership in applying security technology to solve complex problems. Mr. Ryan’s professional experience as an FBI Special Agent focused on intelligence gathering and organized crime matters. Prior to INA, he served as Security Director for GTE, Security Director for Spalding Sporting Goods and President and General Manager of Sonitrol Security Systems, Inc., a security technology company.

Mr. Ryan’s experience in the private sector broadened his expertise in developing proactive policies and procedures to safeguard intellectual property and corporate assets. He has management oversight of internal audit programs and has evaluated corporate operations and appraised the soundness of internal financial procedures. From risk assessment surveys and audit findings, corporate policies and procedures are updated, modified and then implemented to correct existing deficiencies. These findings have served as the basis for upgrading risk assessment and loss prevention programs.

This professional background provides the foundation of services being provided to the INA corporate client base. Government, corporate and private practice consulting engagements have involved application of laws; regulatory compliance issues; court decisions; administrative rulings; use of digital forensic technology; operations of scientific crime detection devices and investigative tools; and development and use of private and law enforcement networks. Consulting expertise includes, but is not necessarily limited to: development and implementation of risk assessment and mitigation programs, disaster recovery programs, physical security surveys, application of security technology, applications for digital forensics, due diligence research, safeguarding intellectual property, identifying and resolving conflict of interest situations, detecting and preventing theft of corporate assets and conducting financial fraud investigations. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame; co-founder, President and Chairman of the Board of the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators (PALI); past President of the Central PA Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners; member of ASIS, NCISS, NALI, INTELLNET, Society of Former FBI Agents and past President of the Notre Dame Club of Harrisburg. In the alumni association, currently he serves on the University of Notre Dame Board of Directors. Civically, he is Chairman of the Steering Committee to establish a Free Health Care Center in Harrisburg. On the topic of business crime, he is a frequent presenter to clients, civic groups and professional organizations.
