Jim Czupil / Gold’s Gym Linglestown and Camp Hill

Leadership and strategy consultant with 35 years of experience in all areas of organization effectiveness, including executive and leadership development, executive coaching, diversity, strategic staffing, executive compensation and performance management. Has driven change and transformation at global organizations with experience in China, India, Russia, Brazil and Mexico.Currently a consultant with Battlefield Leadership, a company that uses experiential learning on military battlefields to prepare corporate executives for tomorrow’s leadership challenges.  In this capacity Jim conducts programs, leads business strategy meetings and does executive coaching.  Most recently he was a member of the executive leadership development team at Bank of America where he was responsible for the development of executive education programs along with leading the bank’s executive coaching and onboarding practices for the top 600 leaders.

Prior to his role with Bank of America he was Senior Director, Organization Effectiveness at The Hershey Company, where he led global executive development, performance management and succession planning.  While at Hershey he was also responsible for facilitating senior executive sessions to ensure alignment of corporate goals across the organization. Jim started at Hershey in 1986 and held a number of senior leadership positions in compensation, staffing, training & development, succession planning, performance management, diversity, employee engagement and international human resources.

Received a Master’s degree from Saint Francis College in Industrial Relations and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Penn State University.  He also holds a Paralegal Certification from Harrisburg Area Community College.
