Bryan & Patty Sibbach / Precision Training Concepts
Bryan and Patty Sibbach are the owners of Precision Training Concepts, LLC. (PTC) with locations in both Harrisburg and Enola, Pa. PTC offers highly customized personal training sessions with emphasis on proper technique, as well as muscle strength and toning. By focusing on education of correctly performed movements, PTC clients can maximize results and reduce their chance of injury.
Prior to opening their first fitness training studio in 2013, the Sibbachs watched people struggle in big gym settings with incorrect exercises and receiving “one size fits all” advice from inexperienced trainers. They knew there were unmet health and wellness needs in the Harrisburg Community for their highly personalized and educational approach. The Sibbachs launched PTC Virtual in 2020 to continue the delivery of proper personal training instruction via pre-recorded educational videos and live on-line sessions.
Graduates of Shippensburg University, they have over 50 years of combined health, fitness and strength & conditioning experience. Bryan has trained under Olympic lifting & powerlifting world champions since his early teens and still holds many local, state and national records in multiple weight classes for both sports. He believes that his success is due to proper technique and correct form which should be the foundation of any exercise program. He continues to teach clients of all ages fitness fundamentals and modifies movements to their abilities, challenges and goals. Patty, a former collegiate athlete and figure competitor, also has a 20 year medical background in pharmaceuticals specializing in cardiovascular disease, women’s health and diabetes. She believes that with proper education and guidance, it’s never too late for individuals to be healthier versions of themselves. They are also community fitness volunteers with American Heart Association, Girls On The Run and The Salvation Army.
Together, with their team of PTC Pro trainers, they are helping people invest in their future by taking better care of their physical health.
