In a move that predates Tropical Storm Harvey, the CFO of the city of Houston has announced his official resignation.
Kelly Dowe, who has served in various financial roles with the city since April 2009, is leaving city government to go into venture capital, according to a release the mayor’s office. His resignation process started in August.
