With more than 14 years’ experience, his work expresses an integrated process where client engagement, risk mitigation, investment strategy, and philanthropy provide a larger framework for flexible, comprehensive planning. He believes in unifying the art of design with the science of high performance as a driving creative force to inspire and improve individual and organizational wellbeing.

Reinforcing the firm’s belief that every client contributes to the larger community; Phil’s clients are from various professions and backgrounds. His versatility and perspective have been integral to the delivery of many of TCP’s most celebrated client relationships.

Phil’s leadership was central to the design and implementation of the strategic planning process with one of Columbus’ largest employers. His commitment to understanding each client has helped promote and foster deep relationships among clients across the country.

Throughout his career, Phil has been passionate in making a difference in the community. Phil has a profound interest in the development of tomorrow’s leaders through the works of Otterbein University’s Advisory Council. In addition, Phil supports initiatives at The James – The Ohio State University Comprehensive Care Center and Otterbein University.

Branda Allen | Host

As a Partner and Director of TCP Asset Management, Branda is charged with leading a team of wealth advisors in practice management, branch operations and woman-in-business initiatives. At TCP, Branda and her colleagues have developed a process that guides their clients through goal-setting, planning and achievement. Through this process, The TCP team helps individuals and families dream, create and live their best lives. Branda personally has over 18 years of experience in the Retirement and Wealth Management industry and currently holds her 6, 7, 66, and 24 licenses.

Branda is married to Josh, who is also one of her business partners. They together have 3 children, a great dane and 2 cats. As a family, they love the outdoors, whether on the beach or in the mountains, and they are always up for an adventure. Branda loves to workout, bake, cook new healthy recipes and of course, Ohio State Football!

Heisman is the owner and CEO of Savant Comprehensive Technologies, My School Pool and Ask a Privacy Officer. Prior to this, Lee was the founder and CEO of H and W Printing and Brainstorm Design Works, a full advertising agency and commercial printing firm located in Atlanta, GA. He has a Master Degree from Rutgers University and is on the Advisory Board of the KSU Entrepreneurial Center. Lee has sold 2 of his previously owned businesses over the years through mergers and acquisition. Before launching his Entrepreneurial Career, Lee was a Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey for 3 years.
