Mike Bausch / Andolini’s Pizzeria

Mike started a Pizzeria with his brother at the age of 22, 6 months after graduating from Saint Mary’s College of California. He was raised around the Classic Pizzerias in New York and New Jersey while going to High School and College in California working in and around the Bay Area Restaurant Scene.

Within Andolini’s First year, the restaurant expanded to double its capacity to meet the demand of the Tulsa Metro Area. Andolini’s has become known for the Amount of items they make from scratch. Their whole Milk Mozzarella, Smoked Mozz, Mozz sticks and obviously their dough are all made in house.

By specializing in high end ingredients, specialty beers, and welcoming atmosphere, while still catering to families on a budget, Mike Bausch and Andolinis has taken on the Midwest in an aggressive manner. Andolinis aimed to show what Pizza can taste like when made from scratch.

Calzones, Strombolis, Chimay Beer, and 20 in pizza was a foreign affair to Tulsa before Andolini’s started in 2004, now it seems to be par for the course.
