The son of two public school educators, and growing up on a large family farm, Todd focused his early years on education, basketball, and working on the farm. Earning a scholarship to play basketball at Ouachita Baptist University, he received a degree in Business Administration and Finance in 1993.
After graduation, Todd began a career in the commercial insurance business focusing on trucking and logistics across the U.S. and rising to level of managing director of Aon's National Transportation & Logistics Practice in 2014. In this role, he brings significant large risk experience to Aon and its clients by developing advanced alternative structures including risk retention groups. He also works with single parent captive programs as well as traditional insurance services to the trucking and logistics industry.
After purchasing Pediatrics Plus in 2002, Todd and Amy worked side-by-side using their unique skill sets in pediatric therapy and business to grow Pediatrics Plus into one of the leading regional providers of specialized healthcare for children with special needs. Todd's role within Pediatrics Plus is to help shape and build the future vision of the company. Pediatrics Plus has six Arkansas locations and opened its first out of state location in Frisco, TX. bringing the company employment total to almost 600.
