Galveston-based SLSCO Ltd. has been awarded a $145 million contract for border wall construction in Texas.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded the contract on Oct. 31, according to a press release. Construction is expected to begin in February.
