Stord Inc., an Atlanta-based warehousing and distribution startup spun out of Georgia Tech, has raised $12.4 million, the company reported April 5.
The new raise follows a $2.6 million funding round one year ago.
Stord was launched in 2015 by Sean Henry and Jacob Boudreau through Georgia Tech’s CREATE-X program. The company provides an on-demand warehouse service through a technology platform that links companies that need warehouse space with a network of independent, third-party warehouses.
