Georgians have overwhelmingly welcomed the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail on Sunday mornings.

In Tuesday’s local elections, voters in 28 of 29 cities and counties throughout metro Atlanta and across the Peach State ratified “Sunday brunch” legislation the General Assembly passed last year. The referendum was defeated only in the city of Morrow in Clayton County, where it was shot down 379-338.
