Sharon L. Tasman is a seasoned business and technology attorney with over 30 years of legal experience. Having spent 15 years at Hogan Lovells, one of the world's largest law firms, and serving as in-house counsel at MedImmune, Sharon founded HTBiz Law to offer clients the best of both worlds—a boutique law firm experience with the expertise of a global firm. She has successfully negotiated complex contracts and managed individual transactions exceeding $200 million, while also providing comprehensive training and authoring publications on legal matters.
Sharon's passion lies in empowering women and members of the BIPOC community to start and grow their businesses. With her unique blend of legal expertise, technical knowledge, and firsthand entrepreneurial experience, she understands the challenges faced by solo and small businesses and offers tailored solutions to overcome them. Sharon holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law and is admitted to practice law in multiple states.
