father: Dr. Thomas Lamar wears many hats. Since opening Anchor Chiropractic in
1997 and affiliating with the 100 Year Lifestyle in 2012, he's connected
thousands of people to a healthy lifestyle through the art, science, and
philosophy of chiropractic. Dr. Lamar lives in Kingston with his bride of 31
years and loves spending time with his family both inside and outside the
practice.
