ManhattanLife Assurance Company of America — part of the Houston-based ManhattanLife group of companies — is acquiring two lines of business from Louisville, Kentucky-based Humana Inc.
Humana (NYSE: HUM) will sell its Workplace Voluntary Benefits and Financial Protection Plan lines of business for an undisclosed amount, according to an April 30 press release.
