Houston’s housing market continued beating records in 2017, which ended up being the strongest year ever, according to a Jan. 10 press release from the Houston Association of Realtors. 

And even though the city took a beating from Hurricane Harvey, the housing market bounced back much quicker than expected. Supply is still constrained, and prices are seeing smaller gains, but sales remain strong.
