How to Build a Billion Dollar Business with Spanx Former COO/CFO David Wasilewski

In 1999 David caught the entrepreneurial bug when he left his healthcare consulting job to focus on selling footless pantyhose out of the back of an Atlanta apartment. The company was called Spanx, and by the time he left, Spanx was a global brand worth over a billion dollars. After Spanx, David founded WhatNext.com, an online cancer support network he developed with the American Cancer Society. In less than a year, WhatNext became the 3rd largest online cancer support network in the world. David then went on to found Lumity, one of the first beauty through wellness brands with distribution in the US and Europe. Most recently David, was the President/COO of PriveRevaux, a celebrity founded eyewear brand, which was sold to Safilo, S.p.A in 2020.

David is an active advisor and investor in a variety of consumer product companies.
