Roger & Rufina Holcombe / Co-Owners of Dental Professionals Employment Services

Roger Holcombe and Rufina Beem Holcombe co-own and operate Dental Professionals Employment Services, a dental staffing company based out of Bellevue, WA. They purchased the company in 2019 from another husband/wife duo, and they are the third owners of this company started by a dental hygienist in 1981. Roger and Rufina have spent the last several years reinventing theirbusiness processes and modernizing operations through the use of technology.

Roger spent 13 years working as a Finance Leader at Microsoft, including 5 years in Japan overseeing the services and consulting business. In his free time, he is an avid Ironman triathlete and has competed in 2 world championships for the Ironman 70.3.

Rufina has a background in corporate project management and is a licensed attorney.She enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering in the adoptee community.

Rufina and Roger believe their two sets of skills are complementary to each other and their differing perspectives and backgrounds have uniquely prepared them to lead this company. They are excited about scaling and growing their business in Washington, Oregon, and beyond.
