The city of Houston has selected a joint venture as the construction manager for the new Mickey Leland International Terminal at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

The JV companies — Dallas-based Austin Commercial and Rhode Island-based Gilbane Building Co. — announced the award July 19. Those companies also were selected for the project a couple years back before it was rebid.
