Kelli Ferrell – Founder & CEO of Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles

Kelli Ferrell may be tiny in stature but she is a powerhouse in business and that includes the kitchen and beyond. Growing up cooking with her Nana in Maryland, Ferrell is proud to bring family recipes to the masses at her latest venture, Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles. Here Ferrell could be called a jack-of-all-trades serving as greeter, expo and food runner, problem solver, general manager the list goes on depending on the day. She is most elated when checking in with her customers and is proud to share the ingredients (okay, not the secret ones) with them when asked. A few hours of her day alone would exhaust anyone, but Ferrell seems to channel the energizer bunny.

A devoted wife and mom to five girls, she is also a public speaker. Ferrell jumps at the chance when speaking opportunities are presented. She has been recognized as a "The Most Influential Woman in Atlanta" as well as a "Top Wedding Planner." With a degree in fashion merchandising and design, Ferrell moved to Atlanta in 2003. She founded "One Fab Event" where she specialized in wedding planning and design. A member of the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, she believes in supporting local charities.
