Lowe’s announced a new parental leave policy, becoming the last of America’s 20 largest companies to offer employees paid time off to care for a new baby, The New York Times reported.
The policy goes into effect May 1 and will give birth mothers 10 weeks of paid leave. Fathers, adoptive parents and same-sex parents will receive two weeks of paid time off.
