Toys ‘R’ US is closing up shop in the U.S. — and that means its stores in greater Houston are about to hit the retail leasing market.

Roughly 673,000 square feet across 18 stores in the greater Houston area could become available for lease, according to a March 15 bankruptcy court filing. The retailer is planning to sell off the store leases by April 16 and close all 735 U.S. stores in the next 60 days.
