Atlanta City Councilwoman Mary Norwood has raised more than $1 million in her bid to succeed term-limited Mayor Kasim Reed, the Norwood campaign reported Wednesday.
Norwood, who narrowly lost to Reed eight years ago, raised more than $330,000 during the second quarter of this year, leaving her with more than $650,000 cash on hand as of June 30.
