Rev. Dr. Dwight “Ike” Reighard / President & CEO of MUST Ministries
Rev. Dr. Dwight “Ike” Reighard is the President and CEO of MUST Ministries, serving 34,000 people a year struggling in poverty. Ike has successfully combined business experience with ministry and has an outstanding reputation for transforming communities through serving others. Three years running, The Atlanta Business Chronicle named him as one of the 50 CEO’s of Who’s Who in Atlanta Non-Profits.
Ike is also senior pastor at Piedmont Church. Since 2005, he has guided the building of membership and service to a high and sustainable level. He continues to minister and maintain a strong relationship with his church. Previously, he was Founding Pastor of NorthStar Church and guided that church to unprecedented growth from 1997 until 2006. NorthStar is recognized as a mega church and noted as the fastest growing church start-up in the world’s largest Protestant denomination.
In the corporate arena, Ike served as Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer and originator of The Office of People and Culture for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation from 2000 until 2007. He has co-authored two popular daily inspirational books, “Success Insights” and “Daily Insights”, with Zig Ziglar for Tyndale House Publishing. He is also the author of “Treasures From The Dark”, “Discovering Your North Star” and “Discovering Your North Star Journal” and is contributing author to “Human Capital Management Strategies”. He and his wife, Robin, have two grown daughters, Abigail and Danielle, and a granddaughter, Addison
Angie Bolton / Special Events Manager at MUST Ministries
Angie Bolton is a native of Atlanta having attended Bells Ferry Elementary, J.J. Daniell, and then Sprayberry High School where she was named Miss Sprayberry High School and received the Atlanta Journal Cup her senior year. She studied at Kennesaw College for two years before transferring to UGA to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Education, Cum Laude. She studied Industrial Engineering at night for four additional years at Southern Technical Institute.
Upon graduation, Angie worked in corporate America for 36 years before retiring in 2016. She now works at MUST Ministries as the Special Events Manager. In this role, Angie is responsible for seeking partnerships with corporations and other individuals and organizations to raise more than $1.5M from five fundraisers – the Gobble Jog, the MUST Giving Gala, MUST Dance and two golf tournaments.
Throughout her school years and beyond, Angie has spent much of her time serving in the community. She was named Volunteer of the Year by Osborne High School and Belmont Hills Elementary in 2017, 2014 Cobb County Schools Elementary School Volunteer of the Year, 2014 and 2013 Norton Park Elementary School Volunteer of the Year, 2013 Keep America Beautiful Volunteer of the Year – Lady Bird Johnson National Award, 2013 Cobb County Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year – City of Smyrna, 2011 Keep Georgia Beautiful Woman of the Year – Carolyn Crayton Award, and 2009 Keep Smyrna Beautiful Volunteer of the Year.
Angie served on the Smyrna Education Foundation Board from 2010 – 2017, Keep Smyrna Beautiful Board from 2010 – 2018, Smyrna Public Safety Foundation Board from 2015 -2018, and currently serves on the Northeast Cobb Business Association Board. She has been a member of Piedmont Church for more than ten years and now serves on staff as the Community Ministries Director.
Outside of serving in the community, Angie enjoys ballroom dancing, jogging, and reading.
Angie has been a single parent for 24 years. She has two adult children, a daughter, McKenzie Esta, who lives with her husband and son in Louisiana and is a special needs teacher in Jefferson Parish and a son, Kramer, who is a welder and lives in Acworth, GA
Milly Elkin-Crenshaw / General Manager of the Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studios
Milly has been dancing since she was a little girl. Growing up in the ballroom biz, dancing is like air to her. She couldn’t live without it. She competed and performed as an amateur in Pro/Am competitions all through grade school and then turned professional. She has been teaching the art of dance for 10 years and enjoys seeing the light that begins to shine out of everyone who walks onto a dance floor. Milly serves as the General Manager of the Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studios in Marietta and Acworth. She and her husband, Josh live in Acworth with their two sons, Tucker and Nolan.
