Ponce City Market is making room for another dining option in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.

The mixed-use behemoth will convert a property management office into space for a future restaurant and kiosk, according to permit application filed with the City of Atlanta. The buildout is expected to cost around $200,000. Square footage for the space was not listed.
