SCANA will serve as Georgia’s regulated natural provider for another two years.

The state Public Service Commission voted Tuesday to keep SCANA as the administrator of a program that lets low-income gas customers obtain service at lower rates. The regulated provider also offers natural gas service to credit-challenged customers who can’t get service from other providers.
