Jennifer O'Neal holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & Trade and a Masters degree in Business Administration. She brings over 25 years of industry experience to her role as CEO, co-owner and co-founder of Live Oak Audio Visual. With a background in business management, marketing, and nonprofit fundraising and a deep-rooted passion for driving social change through powerful experiences, she has dedicated years to bringing ideas and stories to life.

Jennifer's passion lies in leveraging events as a platform for driving social change and amplifying community voices. Through Live Oak AV, she works tirelessly to ensure that every event, whether virtual or in-person, leaves a lasting impact. From collaborating with schools and nonprofits to supporting businesses and event planners, Jennifer's expertise ensures that each occasion is seamlessly executed and memorable.

Beyond her work with Live Oak AV, Jennifer is deeply committed to entrepreneurship and innovation. As the co-chair of Seattle's Entrepreneur Organization Accelerator program, she supports other business owners who are actively trying to scale up their companies. Jennifer believes in the importance of constant evolution and innovation, viewing entrepreneurship as a vehicle for addressing contemporary challenges and driving positive change.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hanging out with her husband, family, and dogs, traveling with her son, playing the ukulele loudly but badly, going to Brandi Carlile concerts, and finding antique treasures at estate sales.
