The Houston restaurant group that recently acquired three concepts from Cherry Pie Hospitality has added a chef from Underbelly Hospitality to its team.

Sambrooks Management Co. announced in a Nov. 5 press release that Lyle Bento has joined as culinary director for the newly acquired Star Fish, Pi Pizza and Lee’s Fried Chicken & Donuts.
