United Airlines is moving to make boarding a simpler, presumably less stressful experience for passengers as it continues to try to enhance the customer experience.
The Chicago-based carrier said Sept. 18 it is introducing a revamped, two-lane boarding set-up at gates in airports throughout its network.
For many airports, that’s down from five lanes that were used by five different boarding groups in United’s previous flight boarding procedure.
